30-Day Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Email us first and we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable

For hygiene reasons, used pet products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
